As a valuable Tradesure client, we would like to ensure that your claims process is seamless and efficient in order to bring you back into action ASAP. As soon as reasonably possible, ensure that you:
1. In the event of a major vehicle incident, contact KVTR 24 Hour Control Centre on Toll Free 0800 434 996 or 0800 430 430 immediately.
2. Report the incident to your broker as soon as possible.
3. Complete the relevant claim form and email it to your broker.

Once we have received everything, where necessary an assessor
will be appointed. After your claim has been assessed, quantified
and authorised, the claim will be settled within 24 hours.
